  • I forgot my password - how do I reset it?

    • If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can reset your password by visiting https://topreqs.com/password/reset  

    • You will be required to enter the email address that you used to sign up with Careers24.com with instructions on how to reset your password.

 

CANDIDATES

 

  • What are Assessments and should I take them?

    • We partnered with Fulcrumtests.com to provide quality assessments in core competency areas as an option to help employers sort through under qualified candidates quickly

    • Assessments are NOT mandatory unless the employer specifies so. An employer can set a specific assessment as either “Required” or “Preferred”

      • An employer can also choose not to specify an assessment at all

  • How do I link my Fulcrumtests assessments to Topreqs?

    • Log into your candidate account

    • Click on the “My Dashboard” menu option

    • Click on “Settings” from the “Candidate Dashboard” to see your settings categories

    • Select the “Assessments” tab

    • Enter your Fulcrumtests credentials into the form you see then click “Link”

  • Do I have to pay for assessments?

    • Assessment scores can typically be reused for multiple jobs if they are standard Fulcrumtests assessments

      • Custom Assessments:

        • We have a policy that requires that employers must pay for the cost of custom assessments that a candidate can only use with that employer.

      • Standard Assessments:

        • Candidates are expected to pay for their own general assessments since these are personal certifications they can use with other jobs on Topreqs or add to their CV

 

EMPLOYERS

 

  • How do I sponsor a job post?

    • Log into your employer account

    • Click on the “My Dashboard” menu option

    • Click on “My Jobs” from the dashboard to open the “Manage  Your Jobs” view

    • On the “Manage Your Jobs” view, you will see a list of all your jobs - simply click on the “upward arrows” icon to sponsor a job

 

  • How do I edit a job post?

    • Log into your employer account

    • Click on the “My Dashboard” menu option

    • Click on “My Jobs” from the dashboard to open the “Manage  Your Jobs” view

    • On the “Manage Your Jobs” view, you will see a list of all your jobs - simply click on the “Pen” icon to edit a job  

 

  • How do I delete a job post?

    • Log into your employer account

    • Click on the “My Dashboard” menu option

    • Click on “My Jobs” from the dashboard to open the “Manage  Your Jobs” view

    • On the “Manage Your Jobs” view, you will see a list of all your jobs - simply click on the “X” icon to delete a job
